“I got strips of all one colour - white. Not even usable strips either as they were cut from the salvedge. So by the time this was removed the strips would only be one and half inch wide!! I was very disappointed. I know it’s pot luck but the bags were described as ‘mixed’. I ordered a specific numbered bag but the sneak peek did not allow any view of the contents other that that there was material strips rolled up. I did ring to complain but was told that I had to pay for the return to get a replacement.!! What a waste of money!! £15 .”

Hi Margaret, we are sorry that you were disappointed with your scrap bag. The last batch we received had a few that contained purely white and cream strips, so we took them out of the lucky dip stock and put them into a sneak peek with the idea the contents could be seen to avoid disappointment. Although the bags are pot luck, we try to describe them as best we can by detailing that some are single collections, some are basics and some are a mix. However, based on your feedback we will look to expand this further where the bags contain strips of the same colour. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Kind regards, Anna
