“Shop staff were very helpful as I didn’t really know what I wanted, when the confirmation email came through I realised I’d asked for the wrong foot, a phone call sorted it straight away. Unfortunately after I’d opened it I realised that I’d had an open embroidery foot came with my machine, so didn’t need it. But that was my fault not the Sewing Studio. Staff I spoke to were excellent. Bought my Bernina 570 QE from them as well, had a problem with it making a atrainge noise, sent them a video, they knew what the problem was straight away, told me what to do, sorted”
