“While I did receive the length of material I ordered, I lost an inch because the material had been cut slightly off the weave. I had to straighten the first cut edge and lost the inch at the fold line. There was a corresponding loss of the inch at the selve edge at the other cut edge. Could I suggest that you use a cutting board to measure lengths for sale, so that the customer can use all the material bought.”
