Hi Andrea I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your order. I have checked and I am afraid we have not received any emails from you. I've looked into your order and although it was placed and processed by us on 24th November, due to Royal Mail strikes that day and the following day, it was physically despatched Monday 28th November. Sadly, it has been caught up in the Royal Mail backlog from Black Friday volumes and further strikes. I've just tracked it and It has been scanned at Plymouth mail centre this morning, so is on the move and will hopefully be with you very soon. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay.
