“The Advent calendar design was fabulous but, unfortunately the fabric had been cut from the roll very carelessly and not at all straight. This meant I had very little fabric to turn over the edges to sew and made sewing the seams difficult. I did complain but, unfortunately, the fabric was now out of stock otherwise they would have replaced it. I was given a partial credit for future purchase and was told customer service would speak to all cutting staff about the problem. Good service apart from the person who cut the fabric this time.”
