“The Janome 360DC I bought recently has proved to be exactly as described online. It was easy to thread up and get started. I am especially pleased with the way it feels solid and can cope with quilting easily. So far, after a few weeks of using it, I am really pleased with it.”

“A step into the 21st century having used my much loved Frister Rossman Cub 4 since 1980, the Janome has opened up a whole new exciting sewing experience. And Stacey was fabulous on the phone recently when I was experiencing a slight glitch - newbie lack of experience with the new machine soon resolved.”
