“It is my first electronic sewing machine and quite a big jump from my very basic machine. I had done some research so knew that the Janome 5270QDC had everything I wanted and more. The dvd was useful in helping me to set up the machine and I was able to use the automatic threader which was a revelation. I've enjoyed experimenting with different stitches. The instruction booklet is very clear. The thing I love the most, at the moment, is the slow speed you can get with the stop/start button which has been brilliant for tricky cuffs and sleeves. I love this machine and have only had it for 2 weeks. Excellent service from The Sewing Studio.”

“I had been looking at this machine for several weeks I had to be sure it was the right one for me as it was a lot of money for me. I am really pleased with it just trying new things at my own pace and finding it much easier that I expected I'm so glad I bought it. I was served by Jenny L & she was very helpful, then I couldn't help myself I went upstairs and bought a charm pack. I don't know what QDC stands for but I say ( Quite Darn Cute)”
