“I haven't had chance to experience my new janome fully as yet but so far with what I've done I'm more than happy. I love the machine and can't wait to start quilting but have to finish other projects first. The customer service I received from kayleigh regarding my delivery was excellent. She was a superstar tracking the machine when we had problems. I am looking forward to doing business again with the sewing studio in the future and continue to watch their you tube video's as they are extremely helpful. Thank you the sewing studio”

“Have yet to work out the needle threader! Everything else is brilliant. I'm using this for patchwork quilts, applique and am making use of lots of the stitches available. Love this machine! Easy to use and a pleasure to sew with. Much quieter than my old machine.”

“This machine is perfect for what I'm looking for. It's perfect size and plenty of features, but without being too intimidating. Easy to use and a joy. And an absolute joy to purchase from sewing studio again! The most efficient shop ever, quickest delivery and just wonderful customer service. The helpful videos supported my decision and gave me confidence in what I was purchasing. Thank you!!”

“I replaced an awful other make machine with this. Within 30 min I had finished a project with fmq. The quality of the machine is fabulous. Easy to figure out with good manual. My only comment is I don't find the light bright enough but I added the led strip and use my led desk lamp, my eyesight is not great! But easi.y remedied. I'm very happy with my lovely purchase”

“Although I''m still getting used to this machine after using my previous one for 4o years, so far it does what it says it does and I'm enjoying the range of new features like decorative stitches, automatic thread cutter and being able to drop the feed dogs. Anna was brilliant at explaining the features of a couple of machines which helped me decide to buy this one.”
