“Excellent sewing machine. Was recommended as i had alrelady used the 6600 which i really liked. This is similar but just better. Great staff to talk to as was nervous about this purchase but the online chat was amzingly helpful.”

“This is a dream machine, which I think would suit anyone interested in owning a professional machine costing less than £2000 which comes with the bonus that it is very easy to use. I mainly do patchwork and quilting, and occasionally clothes-making, and appreciate the large area to the right of the needle (10 inches) for larger projects. It has 200 stitches, and a 9mm width for embroidery and special stitches, as well as 3 needle plates for various functions. It has Block and Script lettering. The Acufeed 'walking' foot is wonderful for smooth, consistent quilting. Have only had it a few weeks, so lots of functionality let to explore! And I would recommend buying from The Sewing Studio in Cornwall, I ordered at 3pm on a Thursday and it arrived at my home in London before noon on Friday. How quick is that! Also they answer the phone!”

“The machine itself is excellent. The service at the sewing studio was excellent. The courier delivery was not good. They dumped a £1700.00 sewing machine on the doorstep in full view of the road without ringing the doorbell or knocking. We were in all day. Goof job we are honest.”

“I’ve not had my Janome Memory Craft 6700P for long, so I haven’t tried all the functions yet, but I am super impressed with the ones I have. Button holes, piping insertion using the zipper foot, monogramming, changing the functions and stitch size, thread cutting using the machine function - all great and so easy! Even winding the bobbins is faster and better with the auto-winder function. I will be making a quilt later this year and I’m anticipating that the extension table, free motion quilting feet and alternative throat plate (included in the price) will upgrade my future projects, not to mention the huge amount of sewing space. I feel like a professional using this machine, even though I’m not .”

“I've had my machine 2 weeks at the point of writing this review. All my machines have been Janome, but this one is the absolute bees knees! It does everything I ask of it and I'm so impressed with all the extra features that can be turned on or off like automatic cutting when I finish stitching. Having a knee lift is super handy and the HP plate and foot are my favourites to use. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a good, sturdy machine but doesn't want to go down the industrial route.”
