“This is a really wonderful machine with many excellent features. The let down is the feet. The stitch in the ditch foot is quite useless as the guide moves- yes, really! The central guide is a flimsy blank piece of metal that bends and moves as you sew. Therefore giving you little chance of the Stiches actually landing in the ditch. The zipper foot is clumsy and far from user friendly. I have adapted a zipper foot from my Janome which works considerably better. On the positive side, the large throat is great for big projects, the selection of stitches is excellent as is the ability to embroider words that you can actually read. The superior needle threader is most definitely superior.”
