Hi Catherine, I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble downloading this pattern. I can not see that we have received any previous communication regarding this matter and therefore have not had the opportunity to look into this for you until now. I have just tested ordering the pattern and downloading it and have not encountered a problem. We have not heard the same feedback from other customers who have ordered the free pattern, so I am not sure why it is not working for you.
