“Having never used an overlocker before but always wanted to, I have just bought this overlocker as an early Christmas present to me. I have been sewing for many many years, I'm well over 70, but always up for a challenge. I am still like a kid with a new toy and going around my home and finding things to overlock!! It's a magic machine, it has really taken the garments I make to another level. I do a lot of sewing for my 6 grandchildren, school trousers which need taking up or letting down for instance, that has now become so much easier, I used to do them by hand using a herringbone stitch, but now I have this trusty Janome over locker, the whole job takes half the time and has a far better finish. I wish I had bought one years ago, but maybe this particular model may not have been available. It's a fabulous machine and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys sewing.”

“This overlocker is a great machine, I am so pleased with it much better than my previous one which was a different. So glad i decided to buy a Janome. I will definitely be looking at there sewing machines as well when I decide to replace my existing one in the future.”

“I have never used an overlocker before so I can't compare with others but the Janome 9300DX does everything I need it to do. It comes ready threaded which is great to get you started. Threading of the lower looper is a bit challenging but you will soon get the knack. For finishing of seems and sewing stretch material its so good and so much faster than a sewing machine. The rolled hem is brilliant for delicate fabrics. Don't know why I didn't get one sooner! I'm now creating a whole new wardrobe of stretch jersey dresses for my grand daughters.”
