“This was a mistake. I had switched it off for the first item added to my basket, but didn't realise it was added automatically when I added a second item to the basket, and didn't notice it listed in my order. I therefore ended up paying of a service I didn't need. This is only useful for high value orders not for something under £20. Really disappointed that I was tricked into having this. It should not be added after someone has clearly indicated they didn't want it.”

Hello I am very sorry that after deselecting protect my order it was added again to your order. I have refunded the 79p that you were charged and have passed you comments on to the relevant department for further investigation.
