Alcohol Free Darling Cellars Sauvignon Blanc White Wine A light yellow with green tint in colour, flavours of ripe tropical fruit, yellow peaches and gooseberries complimented by a fresh acidity and lingering finish. This wine will pair well with most seafood, but I think will go particularly well with some of the West Coasts fresh mussels or oysters! Low in calories and vegan-friendly In the vineyard strategically selected sites which get the warm sunny days and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Alcohol Free wines have just natural ingredients and but techniques to ensure it is alcohol free vary. I bought a case of these as we’ve visited the beer brewery in South Africa and we’re impressed. This is my favourite non-alcoholic white and has that taste of oak, while slightly less sweet than most non-alcoholic whites. It still doesn’t crack that crisp taste you get with a real white but I’d happily drink this. It’s especially delicious with ice cubes and sparkling water as a spritzer so works really well in warmer months.

We are on a mission to try to find a drinkable alcohol-free, ideally low cal, white wine since Slender vanisshed from our local Coop shelves. Hence the 4 single bottles this time. (We gave up trying to find a drinkable alcohol-free red wine a long time ago; even the Slender red was foul) Darling Cellars' SB is drinkable if mixed with a little alcohol SB. We await trying the other three bottles with interest......and hope!!
