To recreate the flavours of this oh-so-classic cocktail, we use a combination of black sundried limes, kaffir lime leaf and fresh lime juice, adding raw cane sugar for an authentic Cuban flavour! For a refreshing and minty edge, we’ve also added a 24-hour cold syrup made using fresh mint.
