I don't drink a lot of wine anyway, but I like a chablis/chenin blanc. Not a fan of dry wines that turn you inside out though, ya know?
The grape and citrus flavours are beautiful and refreshing! Reisling tends to be a sweeter wine, paired with desserts and light dishes.
Served chilled this will make a great 'summer afternoon in the garden when we're allowed to have friends over' kind of drink! :)”
