“This is the first non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ I’ve tried that was drinkable as a shot or neat on the rocks, which is remarkable enough.
However, I have since discovered that the Lemon Juice and Tonic variant is also very enjoyable, and if one varies the type of tonic (I recently tried an orange and elderflower one) it can bring out different characteristics from the drink.
Definitely one that’s going to be kept on hand from now on.”
