“Excellent, helpful and personable customer service, and a sound product. I was impressed that thought had been given to using stainless steel fittings to avoid electrolytic corrosion with the aluminium alloy and was very pleased with the solidness of the furniture. The only 'down' side was that three chairs came without fittings, but this was resolved quickly by one phone call and an express delivery with the missing items. I am pleased to recommend Lazy Susan.”
“The order procedure was easy and efficient and the delivery was excellent. The furniture was well wrapped against damage in transit, although it did make for an unscheduled trip to the recycling centre. I did have some difficulty with assembling the table as the leg support bar made it hard to locate the holes in the legs to the pre-drilled holes in the table top and I feel that some more detailed, written instructions would have perhaps made this task easier. Happy with the finished product”
