Good, quick delivery. Packaged well. Easy to assemble and looks good. I bought the terracotta cushions and parasol and they are all good, although I think the cushions are quite expensive for what they are but they fit the chairs nicely.”
“The product that I bought was of excellent quality - even better than I had expected. It also arrived promptly. Although I was somewhat embarrassed by the large amount of bubble-wrap I had to take to the refuse dump afterwards.
There was a manufacturing fault in one of the items, but I was impressed how quickly this was dealt with - a replacement part was sent within a couple of days, at no charge.

There was a couple of small chips out of the paint on one of the chairs but Customer service were very helpful and despatched some touch up paint very quickly”
