“The furniture looks great on our patio. Communication was good. Four arm rests, all in same box, had chips on the paintwork. I don't think the damage occurred in transit so likely packed damaged. QC could be better. Customer service advisor offered to send some paint to repair them. Not happy with that solution considering the price. They agreed to replace. Replacement arm rests are perfect.”

“We ordered the June table with 6 Rose chairs and cushions + parasol base on Friday before Bank Holiday and were delighted to take delivery the following Tuesday. Assembled without isssue, it wasn't for about 10 days until I unpacked the cushions and found one was missing a tie. Phoned Lazy Susan to report, Nicoleta was extremely helpful and without quibble, arranged a replacement which arrived the day after next. I sent photos to confirm and asked if I should return the faulty item but advised that wasn't necessary. No wonder the company has such excellent reviews, no hesitation in recommending.”
“Unfortunately the wrong cushions were sent to us. the correct cushions were then sent to us and we were asked to give the wrong cushions to a charity of our choice.
we gave them to our local Forest Holme Hospice and they were pleased with them as they had no cushions for their seats.”

Fearing that I would end up speaking with an Indian call centre I was most surprised to find that I was speaking to a very helpful gentleman in Chichester. The missing chair arms were ordered and dispatched which we received a few days later. When they acknowledged the error they were most apologetic and helpful. An excellent service.”
