“I found the service you provided was first class, We had a delivery time give stating that the product would arrive between 2.27 an 3.27pm. It came at exactly 2.27, amazing!
This was a present to my son and though we checked the bench at the time of dlivery to us, when my son opened it about a week later, the cushion when removed from its plastic bag, did have some black marks on it. We were going to contact you, but when he sponged and dried the cushion, these marks disappeared.
