“Service was fine and delivery good (despite not getting advance information about delivery time as promised). The sealed pack of fastenings was missing four M8 washers, and the casting made it difficult to get a spanner onto a few of the nuts, leading to difficulty tightening.”

“I thought i would wait a while to write a review of this garden bench because i wanted to see how it held up being left outside all year. Its been out there about a year now in all weather and it looks like new. still sturdy and still comfortable, this was fairly easy to assemble and it looks great. its light enough to move about on your own if you need to but sturdy enough you can comfortably sit two adults on it or let your children sit/stand/climb etc. all in all, i am very happy with this product and i would recommend it!”

“In brief you have provided a great Customer Service experience………….. The website was both easy to navigate and intuitive and the previous customer reactions were spot on!! We were informed that the items were not gong to be in stock for a month and that is exactly what happened. Emails confirmed actual ‘in stock’/delivery date with plenty of warning – good work. Summing up this was a seamless experience and just as described.”

“1. Although the item I ordered was delayed because of stock shortages, I was kept informed about this and when the item became available I was told exactly when it was to be delivered and the name of the delivery person (thanks, Steve). 2. The garden bench I ordered is of excellent quality and was reasonably easy to assemble even on my own (although I should have waited for my wife to come home to lend a hand or two – then it would have been very easy!) “Hi Lazy Susan Team. I received my Jasmine benches on the day promised. The communication with your team and the delivery company was excellent. The quality of both the benches and cushion is great.
