“Paint on several chair backs began peeling after 2 years. Spoke to Nicoleta in customer services and she arranged for 6 new chair backs to be sent out to me, which arrived less than 1 week later. No quibble. Great service!!”

“Excellent Customer Service, We purchase garden furniture around 3 years ago and found that one of the chars had issues with the powder coating peeling. Lazy Susan Ltd had no issues in replacing the effected items and delivered the new parts in a very timely manner.”
