“Had a issue with a few chairs i bought last year with paint coming off. One email to the firm and replacements dispatched that day. You can tell a lot of a firm when things go wrong and they did exceptionally well”

“The table and chairs we purchased from Lazy Susan stood up to the winter and all the weather thrown at the back of the house. Just a small chip in the paint on one chair which we found when we were cleaning it, but hopefully the paint you sent will put that right ?”

“Paint on several chair backs began peeling after 2 years. Spoke to Nicoleta in customer services and she arranged for 6 new chair backs to be sent out to me, which arrived less than 1 week later. No quibble. Great service!!”
