“When my furniture did not arrive on the day promised, I made four separate phone calls without any return call despite the assurance that I would be called back on each occasion. I was finally called by the company owner at 7:20 in the evening. My furniture eventually arrived on the following day. Whilst I am very pleased with the product, I believe that customer relations is somewhat suspect.”
“Problems receiving confirmation e mail, but was able to check online what was happening with my order. I asked for Friday delivery and goods arrived on the Friday. Delivery driver called to advise of delivery time and called to say he was running late even though it was only a 20 min delay, which I appreciated as too many times a delivery due in the morning has failed to arrive before tea time.Table and chairs were easy to assemble and good quality.We are very pleased with them and the service.”
