“Very pleased with the furniture - came within 4 days of ordering. Now it is all put together it looks really good. We do not normally buy unseen from the internet - but have no reservations about recommending Lazy Susan. Just a few points... Putting the furniture together is time-consuming and you really need 2 people. The spanners provided are sharp edged and difficult to use - you need ring spanners and I would recommend that with each purchase of a patio set the company provide a ring spanner for the two sizes of nut. There are plenty of spares of nuts and washers etc. and this was appreciated. However the plastic covers for the nuts are quite loose and I wonder how long they will stay on. Our only disappointment is with the seat pads which we purchased - these do not really fit the seats and I suggest a re-design.”
“Only real complaint is about delivery. We booked a 9am to midday slot on 26 March. At 1pm we were told eta 2pm. At 4pm we were told eta 5pm. Delivery eventually received 6.45pm.”
