“It is very confusing as the floor comes without any instructions. I had to call to ask how to match the herringbone planks correctly as they wouldn't fit (turns out, there are two types, you need to take two different ones in order to match it correctly). Also, as I lay the floor, the planks keep coming up, to the point where I have to use force and break the click-in parts in order to make it all flat?? Not sure if this is supposed to happen. Also, when I was buying, there was no option to add edge trims for example, as my flooring will end at the top of a staircase, and now I have trouble finding suitable edge piece (all pieces available online cater to 5mm lvt only and this one is 6). So lots of confusion for now, I hope having a beautiful floor will soothe my nerves.
Update: it is fairly difficult to lay the floor, and we need to use a hammer to slot them into place correctly, I was expecting the clickon system to be easier to use. The end result is beautiful though.”
