“I have put acceptable as a score, but it is only just. The click process isn't particularly strong and the joints often spring apart, leaving a gap in the flooring. The tongue and grooves are quite brittle and break easily. I have installed much cheaper flooring which was more robust when joining the planks. I an now having to run a coloured sealant down the joints, to both hide the white where the joins haven't stayed together and also to stop dirt/liquid getting into the gaps. I did try to reach out for assistance during the install, but was just guided to a how to guide to fitting - which I had already viewed and used the instructions,”
