“Very happy with the finished product now it's fitted. It looks great and is obviously high quality. However, the contractor who fitted it found all the planks in one of the nine boxes were damaged and unusable - which is the reason this is not a 5-star rating. Fortunately, we had enough to finish the job otherwise it would have been a real problem.”
“Great flooring at great price, however when my ordered was delayed I was disappointed and had to pick another flooring. All I wanted to do was to speak with someone to clarify that my 2nd choice would be delivered on the original date as I had a fixer lined up who was fitting a new kitchen afterwards, I asked several times for someone to call me, but all the communication was via email and this was stressful waiting for a reply. On a better note I love the flooring, thank you!”
