“I haven't had the floor laid yet as currently having plastering and decorating done but the quality of the flooring is fantastic. Post delivery I opened one box to see the colour and quality. In terms of delivery I was unable to thoroughly check for damages etc as there was 20 packs but I did check they were the same batch/colour. The driver said he didn't have time to wait and put the pallet in the road outside my house. Being female the boxes of flooring were extremely heavy so needed manpower to help get it all into the house.”
