'Alex is a prodigy, and a tribute to the inspirational qualities of cartoon culture of the 2010s. At the age of 7, his drawing style arrived fully formed: a giddy outpouring of faces and shapes, wherein Adventure Time and Uncle Grandpa merge naturally with Haring and Miró. Now 10, he's Richard Scarry meets Heironymous Bosch, he's a Junior Jim Woodring in Pokémon world.
