Egostrip Book 1 is a beautifully designed collection of Dan Lish’s stunning character illustrations from the world of hip hop and beyond. We're delighted to be collaborating with Dan Lish with one of his iconic illustrations.
There are 138 illustrations of pioneering artists from hip hop’s golden era, such as De La Soul, Madlib, DJ Premier, Mobb Deep, Nas, Cypress Hill, J.Period, J Dilla, Kool Keith, MF DOOM, The Roots, Biggie Smalls, A Tribe Called Quest, Biz Markie and The Beastie Boys. The book is 27.2cm x 29.4cm, and the 160 pages are printed and bound on heavyweight 130gsm paper with a hardback cover.
'I designed this Dilla Doom t-shirt as a visual homage to two legendary minds in hip-hop. It was taken out of my 50 Faces of DOOM series. Their beats and rhymes are woven into the fabric of this design, celebrating the iconic fusion of creativity that continues to inspire and resonate with fans worldwide.' - Dan Lish

I worked with Dan's wife in Brighton many years back, she told me about the illustrations he did and I've been hooked on his artwork ever since. Wicked to get a T with such an inspirational couple of artists on, the only dilemma is whether to wear it or keep it all nicely wrapped up!
