“Zest Motor Finance completely changed my experience. From the very first enquiry, the team were helpful, straightforward, and — refreshingly — didn’t make me feel judged for my credit history.
The online application took less than five minutes, and I had a decision back within the hour. No chasing, no endless back-and-forth. Once approved, they gave me a clear personal credit limit based on my circumstances, which made it really easy to go and find the right car with confidence.
What stood out most was the transparency. Everything was explained clearly — the terms, the repayments, the total cost — with no hidden fees or nasty surprises buried in the small print. The team clearly know their stuff, and it shows. A special mention has to go to Ricky, who was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process — nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
I ended up with a great deal on a used car through one of their FCA-regulated dealers, and the whole process from application to driving away was smoother than I ever expected. Whether you’ve got perfect credit or a bit of a bumpy history, I’d strongly recommend giving Zest a call. They genuinely try to find a solution that fits you, not just a cookie-cutter product.
Would use again without hesitation. 10/10.”

“Connor has been awesome - builds a great rapport with his client base. Would honestly love to go for a beer with the man one day.
Nothing is too much trouble for him. He thoroughly checks dealers and cars to make sure you’re getting the absolute best deal possible available. Pretty seamless process throughout….
Can’t wait to pick up the Jag this weekend.”
