“The team were brilliant from first contact, talking through our options. And really listened to what we wanted. They were exceptionally thorough checking all the documentation ensuring everything was in place prior to putting the mortgage application in. The timeliness was great and our application was submitted within a week from the initial contact, with a mortgage offer following shortly after.
