“I bought this hat as a present for my son. When it arrived the edges of the cap were ripped and frayed. We thought this was a fault with the hat and returned it. We had to pay the return costs. Apparently, this is what it is supposed to look like - who would buy a £50 hat that looks damaged? Those edges will only continue to fray. The photos on the website do not clearly show this "feature" and the description does not mention it either. I did get a refund, but not for the return costs, which I think is poor customer service as the website photo and description are misleading/not accurate.”
