Customer service is great. At first, I had a problem with a buckle, so I contacted customer service via email and received a response right away. The problem was resolved in no time. At every step, they checked to make sure everything was in place and that everything was okay, which I really appreciate because it shows that they care about making sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
