I visited the Stratford branch for a dewax, then a long overdue hearing test From reception to the studio where Tom works it is by far superior to the High Street Audiology, where I have been for the past four years Tom will advise on what you need in simple terms, then it is up to you to decide Worth remembering is the after care Tom gives Bi-annual dewax and hearing test plus temporary aids if yours present a problem- if you forget to remove them before the shower!!! His equipment is state of the art. But for me it is the professional service, impeccable studio that I appreciated and felt very comfortable in Tom’s care Money very well invested because I can now hear what I couldn’t before ”
