Absolutely loved my pumpkin items, however found the postage a wee bit steep based on the size & weight of the 2 pumpkins I ordered & came in a huge box,. Maybe smaller boxes for smaller items like mine would reduce the postal cost ?

Thank you so much for your order and for your feedback. Just to explain a little bit about our postage and packaging; the price of our postage doesn't actually cover the full postage and packaging costs we pay. We make a loss on all postage due to the costs charged by Royal Mail, so the size and weight of the parcel doesn't come into play. We also recycle boxes, so you may have a larger box as we used a recycled box to keep the costs down. We'd love to offer free shipping options but with the current cost of living and being a small, family run business we're unable to do that at the moment. We really hope to be able to do this in the future. I hope this provides some clarity and answers any concerns you have. Thank you for your feedback and we're so glad you love our products! Just to explain how we determine our delivery costs. The prices cover postage and packaging as well as the delivery costs and unfortunately, with the current climate, we cannot, as a small business, afford to reduce these any further. We currently make a loss on our p&p costs in order to keep them as low as possible for our customers, however, our couriers and packaging companies continue to increase their costs which are currently several pounds higher than you actually pay. We hope you understand a little more as to what we're up against and we will continue to review these where we can. Thanks again for your review :)

Sorry I should have mentioned, to help reduce costs, we have a rewards scheme which allows you to earn points on your purchases that can then be used to save money on future purchases. You will also earn points just by signing up and following on our socials. You'll find the button to all our rewards info and to sign up at the bottom of your screen when on our website. Love the shape of this little vase. Wish there was a size between the small and the medium, as the medium is quite a large jump in size. Wanted it in white but sadly sold out.
