With offices in West London, Scotland and Worcestershire, we provide furniture & ergonomic solutions for the workplace and home including office chairs, desks and storage units, particularly for those that work with a computer for long periods. The Wellworking commercial projects team works with companies from one to 5,000 employees to design and deliver the best possible office environments. Although I didn’t keep the chair the customer service is 5 star. They are incredibly helpful and delivery and returns are excellent.

Excellent in every way. Easy ordering from website. Quick delivery. Unpacked and assembled for me. Great delivery guy. Chair is everything I hoped for. Great returns policy, which I don’t think I’ll need to use thankfully. If only all companies operated like this….

Excellent experience buying from Wellworking. I purchased a very expensive chair. My chair want just price matched, but price beaten. My chair was delivered exactly on time, fully assembled and ready to get to work in. With the option for free returns it really is a no brainer. Luckily, this is the most comfortable chair in the world, and I have no plans on returning it whatsoever!

I received great service from Wellworking. Spoke to them a couple of times and calls were answered promptly. The ordered chair arrived quickly and as advertised. Sadly I didn't get on with the chair but the returns process was smooth, with it being collected within 48 hours and my card refunded as soon as the chair was in the van.

Customer experience is at Amazon level! Great communication, quick delivery, haven't used but they offer free collection for returns as well.

Outstanding customer service. First chair (Herman Miller Cosm) turned up with an annoying click and creak, replaced without question with a new unit within days. Free returns. The standard all companies should aim for with online shopping.
