“I value the platform and have been using it since the beginning but have recently had quite a few issues with my orders - damaged / leaking products and parcels that have been shipped late, delivered late, or sent to the wrong address - this is more the fault of the delivery service, but a consideration for WellEasy in terms of who they partner with. Overall good customer service, but some frustrating experiences.”

“I really like the selection of products available on your site and the ease of navigating around and making a purchase. I've had a few issues with packaging as some of my products have been damaged in transit on several occasions. It would also be great to be able to add to an order once you have placed it if there are things you have missed or to choose a delivery date like with a supermarket shop. It is quite a long wait from purchase to receiving the products so finding a way to shorten this would be great. I like the free product offer on a sunday but it's a really bad day for me to try and get it so either extend the period you can get the offer or have a mid week offer too/instead. Hope that helps!”
