“Absolutely fantastic! Ricards was brilliant. I am a complete technophobe and am very much a rookie when it comes to using a laptop and navigating my way around our company website. Ricards explained exactly how to use, utilise and update the site in a very comprehensive way. No question was too much and his explanations were clear and very understandable for me.
