“Nothing but positives about the whole experience, start to finish. For someone who is not very technical I needed help & guidance through the process, which was available in abundance. Kyle was a great help & friendly voice whenever I needed it and has continued to be so as we have made the odd change to the website since completion. We have also been very pleased with the amount of new business that has come in to us since the site went live. I would thoroughly recommend Web Best Practice.”

“Web best practice have just worked with us on our new website and we are very happy with what they have done. They take care of all the tricky stuff and came up with some lovely new graphics to use. The layout makes our website a lot easier for customers to use and to find what they are looking for easily. All the staff we worked with were extremely helpful.”

“We are so impressed with our new website and the level of service from Web Best Practice. Kyle has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, creating exactly what we wanted. He had no prior knowledge of our industry so had to learn quite a bit about what we do, he listened to us at every stage of the process. He coupled this with his own insights and Kyle has created a web site we are over the moon with!”

“The team at WBP are all very friendly and easy to contact by phone or email. Overall feel the product and service offers value for money. We had several phone calls and Teams meetings to refine what was required on our site, in addition to exchange of emails. Moving everything over from the previous provider, inclduing hosting, appears to have been simple and required no effort from us other than passing on the relevant contact details. Throughout most of the process the service was 5 star with response to queries within a couple of hours. Kyle was very helpful, easy to contact and was approachable in being able to discuss anything that needed changing. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, as I felt the end of the process was rushed and not everything was completed as discussed. The issues have since been recetified, but took flagging by us and chasing up. Unfortunate end to what was otherwise good service. As a majority of the service was 5 star didn't feel it was fair to rate anything other than 5 star overall.”

“Brandon and then Kyle were great all the way through. My advice to anyone is do not under estimate how much time and effort it will take to get a new website sorted and up and running. These guys do have the stamina to stay the distance as things aren't always straight forward. Would happily reccomend them. Thanks all Simon & Deb Raytech International”

“The Process of having the Website done was made very simple and easy by Beth at Web Best Practice. I thought it was going to be a mammouth task requiring alot of input from us but Beth researched our company and what we do and put a website together which made it very easy. The platform for changing things is very simple to use.”

“It has been a great experience building our new website for P&C Dental Laboratory. Lots of communication to ensure everything is just as we want and plenty of advice from the start.
