I think some people get confused as to why their enquries aren't converting isn't just down to VenueScanner, it is very much to do with you and your venue. If they aren't converting, maybe look at how you can improve your own services before placing the blame on the agents. I have never been disappointed with the service. “As a venue owner I have had a terrible experience with venuescanner since 2016 until I finally gave up on them around 3 months ago.
I have at various times been on their subscription model and on their pay per event model. When on their subscription I got very few enquiries, when on their pay per event I got many enquiries which never resulted in any bookings. They also send regular accusatory emails that you have taken bookings and not paid them.
Three months since I asked them to remove my business listing, today I got yet another of their accusatory emails. Please for goodness sake venuescanner stop sending these emails!”
