“Unbelievable service , if every company were as helpful customer pro active and positive as these people , life and country would be a much nicer place to live in , Needed to get solar lighting for my container, Went online £100/£400 🫣called Universal, spoke to a human with a real voice , no AI and he recommended the right lighting and at a price £35.00 Thank you 🙏🏽”

He would not let me buy a container till I had been down and visited the site and verified it was a legitimate business. I visited today, to a warm reception and professional operation. Container now delivered, its looks superb now its in position on our allotment site. “Very efficient from start to finish,firstly spoke to Vanessa who was really helpful over the phone and via email to see if container would fit in a reasonably tight space and then Stephen Woolley who showed me physical container sizes/finishes when I called to there site and who once again was helpful and informative.container ordered and delivered within 2 weeks with grafotherm applied to internal part of container. Andy gave us a walkthrough of the options when we dropped in on them at short notice which was really useful and Stephen provided timely quotes, delivery info and great support when we hit a couple of bumps.
