Following my review, the folks as Ubaahaus took the time to the time update their website to make customers aware of the premium rate and refund the cost of my phone calls.

One product was broken (it happens) but I emailed the support email account twice no answer. Then I phoned the contact number twice. On second attempt I spoke to a helpful person but was advised my email reportedly went into Junk folder (a bit odd for a support email bucket account to have just a sensitive junk rule)
I then discovered the Ubaahaas support number is a premium number and the call to replace the glass cost me a total of £4 from O2 network. The cost of the glass product was only £5 - very annoying”
