Whatever customer service they offer is scarce-person I dealt with was very helpful to begin with but after that, no useful or helpful information was given on order queries- they go silent and don’t engage-they said the order was lost and then it was ‘found’ and was out for delivery 😂 but they never had it in the first place or lost it. Will be avoiding them where possible in the future”
“Horrible. I bought two pair of shoes and returned them. No money back, nothing.
They say they never got them back when i have send them buy drop2shop and even received a mail from them that they got one pair,no money back, no shoes.
It's a fraudulent company. AVOID. You will loose your money and items.”

“If I could give zero stars I would... they sent the wrong size and what they did send was a terrible product, which appeared counterfeit... the customer service misinforms, misleads lies and does nothing to correct their mistake.
