The pharmacist Abhi really listened to me. He didn’t come in with a fixed idea of what I needed. There was no hard sell. He appeared interested in supporting me to find a solution. We considered a variety of options to help and potential causes of my problem. He has provided me a plan to follow with offer of me contacting the service again should I need it. Far more efficient than seeing a GP. Thank you Abhi
