“Not only do I find just what I'm looking for at competitive prices, wether it be Dspiae tools or Mr paints, I know that the order will be processed and shipped rapidly. So often an order i make is 'urgent'! At least to me, so being confident it will get out the door is very inspiring. So finally the other crucial aspect is that the website is attract, works well and is informative. Some others assume you know everything about the item you're looking at, I don't know everything and it's nice to be able to find out about the item.”

Patchy instructions, missing drawings and just a disaster.
