“Sizing is small on the item I ordered”

“I made an order and recieved it but item was missing, but had been charged for this item. I emailed them, and they refunded me and said my missing item went to another customer, how can this happen and now they don't have anymore in stock. I got an email saying thankyou for your understanding!!! Hey I'm not a happy customer,”

“Lovely coat, keeps you warm. But the pocket zip broke within one month of having it, the button on the hood broke which means I can no longer wear the fur with it. Just be careful pulling the zip up as it gets caught very easily.”

“Coat was excellent, customer service was shocking after they signed for my returned coat then said they hadn't. It took over a week for me to get a refund. I had to contact trading standards for help”
