“Not great ordered one came damaged sent email and picture they emailed back and told me to return and pay postage for an exchange. Order a 12 and a 14 and both seem to be the same size.”

“I asked for a size small and a size small to medium came I never got a returns for to send back I phoned the shop to see if I could take it back there which I was told yes I could , but I have been ill an can’t get there , which now means my daughter hasn’t got a suit for Xmas because if the returns form had been in the package I could of got it sent back by post which my mum could of down , she is unable to get to town as she has anxiety of bus to get there an can’t drive , but she could of took it to are local post office which is 5 minutes away”
